❓ Frequently Asked Questions

When will I find out which show my child is in?

Your instructor has already communicated which show your child performs in. Each class is assigned to The Roundup (Littles), The Showdown (Cheer & Tumbling), or The Rodeo (Main Show). Exact show times and dates will be confirmed by May 1.

How many tickets do I need?

Anyone who needs a seat needs a ticket, except for students and children under 3 years old sitting on a parent's lap. Buy Tickets on StageStubs →

Can I watch the dress rehearsal?

Each student can bring one parent to the Dress Rehearsal, and they can watch in the audience.

My child has multiple costume changes — how should I organize them?

Put each costume in a separate labeled bag in performance order. Include all accessories (shoes, hair pieces, props) with the costume they go with. Write your child's name on everything with a Sharpie.

What if my child misses dress rehearsal?

Contact us immediately at 480-433-6874. Missing dress rehearsal affects the whole group. In most cases the child can still perform in the show but will be oriented backstage by a volunteer.

When and where do I pick up my child after the show?

Students and Parents will receive 2 color wristbands to coordinate with which room the child will be in. Parents will drop off to that room, and pick up from that room 10 minutes after curtain call. Only parents with the right color wristband will be allowed into the room to pick up their child.

Are flowers and gifts allowed?

Yes! Flowers and gifts can be given at the post-show gift/greeting area. Please do not throw items on stage or attempt to hand things to performers during the show.
